Bring two pipe bombs to blow up the pile of stones, then you can go to Farm Town.

We are finally starting to venture to more distant places. To make it easier to reach the Warehouse District faster in the future, you need to go activate the teleportation beacon located next to the gas station in the Warehouse District.
