Better Mod Loader

After receiving feedback from many operators, we have decided to temporarily disable the mod's functionality. You can still install it, but it currently has no effect. We will redesign and implement a more complete version in the next couple of days. The main problems we are facing are: 1. We need to sort basic mods at the front. However, basic mods include components like HarmonyLib, but if players use mods with embedded HarmonyLib and there are version differences, the automatic sorting results may not meet requirements. 2. The game has a BUG regarding sorting mods with the same name. Unfortunately, the mod loading order in the game code depends on the name. This name is defined by the developer, which makes it possible for duplicates to exist. This duplication can cause users to be unable to correctly sort these mods in the interface. Our Loader hopes to solve this problem. 3. We hope to achieve fully automatic sorting as much as possible, such as by getting all mods and dependencies through Steam, which theoretically can achieve fully automatic sorting. But the actual effect is constrained by the above two points. 4. Players occasionally want to change the order of certain mods for various reasons. Therefore, our next plan is: 1. Switch to a combination of recommendations and manual adjustments to bridge the gap between automatic and manual. 2. Solve the game's internal bug issues through more reasonable storage improvements. These are not technically difficult. It's just because this mod was made today, so we encountered many cases that we hadn't encountered ourselves. Thanks to @BoheWhyArentYouAsleep for making the item framework and the large user group brought by its application users, which helped us collect very important feedback.
