Random totem effects! More Diablo-style gear grinding flavor! Enemies and resource boxes in scenarios will randomly drop random quantities of random affix totems. Totem affixes are basically constructed from vanilla affix combinations. The author cannot satisfy everyone's needs. Some people need higher difficulty and more hardcore gameplay, while others need simpler and more enjoyable gameplay. What's described below are just the mod's default settings. You can manually adjust drop rates and affix generation rates in the custom configuration file at any time to get the experience that suits you best. At level 1, killing enemies will basically drop 1-2 affix totems. Sometimes with incredible luck, dropping 3 or 4 affixes is not impossible. At level 25, killing enemies will basically drop around 2 affix totems, completely without 1 affix drops, sometimes dropping 4 (low probability) or 5 (extremely low probability). At level 50, killing enemies will basically drop around 4 affix totems, completely without 1 and 2 affix drops, sometimes dropping 5 or more (low probability) or 6-7 (extremely low probability). Killing enemies with more than 50 HP will increase the drop level by one level, more than 100 will additionally increase by one level, more than 200 will additionally increase by one level, and more than 500 will additionally increase by one level. Above 3 affixes, negative affixes may appear. Totems with negative affixes will additionally increase the number of affixes. Above 7 affixes, the probability of additional affixes will drop sharply, but there's still a certain (fingertip universe) probability of getting 10 affixes or even 20 affixes or even more affix totems. Each affix will fluctuate up and down by 50%. Repeatedly generated affixes will overlap, and the values will almost double, so it's normal to see particularly high values for certain affixes. In most cases, Green Duck and Black Duck will commonly drop random 2-affix totems. Farm Town bosses are more likely to drop 3-4 affix totems. Laboratory bosses are more likely to drop 5 affix totems. The final boss is more likely to drop 6 affix totems. If the totem has negative affixes, it will have more affixes, and rarity will be allocated based on the total value of affixes. ========Custom Instructions======== The character limit has been exceeded, and the custom instructions have now been moved to the discussion group. If you need to remove certain affixes, please check the discussion group "Custom Affixes" instructions. Currently only supports Modifiers type affixes. Consider supporting effects type affixes in the future. The author hasn't achieved perfect balance. If you customize the file and feel your settings are good, you can send affix_tuning_v2.json to the comment section or discussion group to benefit more players! ========Latest Changelog======== October 31, 2:03 PM update: Fixed: The issue where D2T information was not properly restored (manifested as custom totems changing to vanilla totems every time the game restarts or switches scenes). October 31, 5:28 PM update: Optimized some performance. October 31, 6:28 PM update: AddedMods\Diablo2Totem\Localization\zh-CN\names.add.txt as the file for importing the name pool. Avoiding the complexity of manually adding name pools. Due to the localization system, it's currently not possible to achieve spliced item names and positive/negative prefix name effects. October 31, 7:18 PM update: Fixed: The issue where enemy weapons, armor, backpacks, etc., also needed inspection to display. October 31, 7:27 PM update: Fixed: The issue where totems needed to be reinspected after being placed in enemy drop containers. October 31, 8:11 PM update: Fixed: The issue where localization keys were not automatically generated. Note: name.json needs to be deleted for automatic updates. October 31, 8:52 PM update: User-provided affix_tuning_v2.json parameters (October 31 version) from في الوهلة الأولى، التي اكتشاف ال are now applied by default. November 1, 5:42 PM update: Added: UniqueTotem.json allows manual registration of unique items (similar to unique items in Diablo 2) as random drops. Currently includes only two items (slug shot and explosive shot), with only a 10% probability of replacing dropped items with unique items (changeable). Environmental electric protection and environmental fire protection now also appear in random affixes. ========Compatibility Notes======== Compatibility with mods that modify vanilla totems or modify all item attributes cannot be determined. As long as the working method of vanilla totems is not greatly changed, it theoretically won't fail. Others that modify vanilla totem attribute values are theoretically compatible. All totems are actually one type of item, only customized differently in affixes, so they will be recognized as the same item by certain mods that automatically stack identical items. Once stacked, item custom attributes will be lost. Totems cannot be decomposed normally; they can only be sold for money.
